Services
What I treat — and what sessions look like.
I work with adults (18+) across Washington and Oregon on a focused set of conditions. Visits are telehealth, deliberately unhurried, and structured around continuity.
Depression
Persistent low mood, anhedonia, and fatigue that interfere with work, relationships, and daily functioning.
Anxiety disorders
Generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, and health anxiety — when worry begins to steer the day.
OCD
Obsessive-compulsive disorder and related presentations, including intrusive thoughts and ritualized behaviors.
PTSD & trauma
Post-traumatic stress from single or repeated events, including medical, occupational, and interpersonal trauma.
Adult ADHD
Careful assessment and longitudinal management of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in adults.
Bipolar II
Recurrent depressive episodes with hypomania, where mood stability is the long-game goal.
What to expect
1. Inquiry
Reach out. If you're not sure I'm the right fit, start there — I'd rather help you find the right clinician than squeeze you into the wrong one.
2. Initial consultation (60 minutes)
A longer first visit. We'll cover your current concerns, history, prior treatments, goals, and what a good outcome would actually look like for you. You'll leave with a working plan — medications are optional at this stage.
3. Follow-up visits (30 minutes)
Frequency depends on where we are in the work. Early on, we may meet every two to four weeks. Once stable, visits are typically monthly or every three months.
4. Between visits
Patient portal messaging for non-urgent clinical questions. I reply within two business days. For urgent needs between visits, we'll have a plan in place.
A note on controlled substances
I prescribe stimulants for adult ADHD and, selectively, other controlled medications when clinically appropriate. I generally don't prescribe benzodiazepines for long-term daily use; there are safer, more durable options for most anxiety presentations. We'll discuss this openly during your consultation.
